GEAR UP TO GIVE! It’s Operation Christmas Child time!
We are just a few weeks away from sending our Operation Christmas Child boxes out into the world. These gift filled boxes will bring great joy and the Good News of Jesus Christ to children and families who may have never heard the Gospel! Please keep praying for this mission. You may pick up an empty box (in the Narthex) and consider packing a box or three! If you like to shop, we need combs, brushes, nail clippers, water bottles, hair accessories, flashlights and sunglasses. All donated items must be NEW and unused. Any donated items will be used to fill boxes at the packing party on Saturday, November 14th. We also need monetary donations to purchase additional packing party items and to cover the cost of shipping. OCTOBER FOOD PANTRY REQUEST: Paper towels and toilet paper. Please place donations on the shelves located across the room from the Welcome and Opportunity Center in the Narthex.

LWML will host the Fellowship Coffee Time following the worship service. All donations will be used to support the Mission Grants that were voted on at the annual LWML convention.

Join us as we celebrate our church workers with a special Fellowship Coffee Hour.
TRUNK 'R TREAT
Saturday, October 24: 1:00 - 3:00 pm
Volunteers are needed to dress-up (no scary costumes, please), bring their vehicles and hand out candy. We also need people to man the cider and popcorn tables. (Please sign up at The Welcome Center to help.) There will also be a small petting zoo with goats, FREE pumpkins to the first 50 families, a fire pit and lots of fun! This event is FREE and open to the public!

CHECK OUT WHAT'S NEW AT OUR LIBRARY
Grab a book, make yourself a cup of coffee and relax in front of the fireplace with a good book from our library. Or, check out something from the library to take home. Simply fill out the library card attached to the book, puzzle, DVD, etc. and place in the black library card box located on the stacks. Please make use of these of these amenities. We are so blessed to have such wonderful gifts.
